Monday Redos-day- Homebirth of a Lithopedion

We don't always like to talk about what happens when a miscarriage does not evict the body. We here at Mama Tao believe that all babies, even those who have passed, deserve the sanctity of the Mama's womb.

Sometimes after giving a baby weeks, months and years to pass without the "help" of a D&C, we find ourselves in physical possession of a lithopedion or Stone Baby. It is nature’s way of keeping your dead zygote form infecting your blood (Isn't nature wonderful?!). The body of your little on is calcified in your womb forever!

For some of us though, we want to be able to have more children and until we get this ghost baby out of us, we are unable to do so!

When it comes time to birth (and it IS birth) your stone baby, you need to go someplace where it is quite and you feel special and sacred! Some may choose their bed while others prefer a toilet! It's all up to you.

Begin the birth by drinking Pepsi, Coke or any processed food as it is the surest way to abort a baby!

You will have contractions much like a live birth and eventually your baby will pass. At this point you will have a lovely stone statue to place on your fire place mantle to always remember your loved one! And your womb will be free to have more babies!

Monday Redos-day--Premies At Home

What would you say if I told you that I had my second baby at 21 week at home? Some of you who favor the medical establishment might believe that is impossible. How is it that Mama Tao’s son was born at 21 weeks with fully mature lungs and weighing 7lbs 12 oz?
The answer is a combination of mind control and divination, intuition and trust in birth.
When I first started to go into labor I asked my body and my baby “Is it time for birth?” I then consulted the windshield wiper method of divination (You slap the rod that controls your wipers, if nothing happens your answer is no. If they turn on your answer is yes.)  The windshield wipers of my car turned on full speed! An overwhelming YES from nature and my baby! We were ready to birth.
The truth is that every one of us Mama’s gestates at a different pace. While some people say that even full term babies sometimes have trouble with immature lungs, this is simply because the Mama in question did not spend enough time visualizing her infant at full term—how is any baby supposed to thrive without positive thinking?
Because we all gestate differently it is possible for a baby to be born full term at 21-57 weeks and be perfectly healthy! You never know when exactly conception took place!
Now some of you might ask what to do if you get a "no" answer from the windshield wipers and yet you are still having contractions? The answer is simple—use the Freedom of Labor Breathing Technique!
Simply take a few deep breaths and tell your body to slow down. Some sheeple might call this “false labor” but we don’t believe that mush! No labor is false, it is simply your body connecting with the stars to perfectly time your babies zodiac!
So the next time you feel that your body might be going into labor early—stop and try to see if the universe is ready for this tiny soul to enter the world! Babies know what zodiac symbol they want to be!1!

Monday Redos-day : Uber Unschooling!

By : Dr. Jules Norton

Here is the truth, the reality, that only the insane deny.

You can't force somebody to learn.

You can't force somebody to want to learn.

And if you try you will permanently eradicate both the ability and the desire to do so.

Schools are based on forced learning. If you HAVE to be there, if you HAVE to learn on somebody else's timetable, if you HAVE to learn in the mode they dictate, if you HAVE to demonstrate what you have learned on demand, you are the victim of forced learning, which means you haven't learned anything at all.

The evidence ? How many people who have been through the school system read or write ?

Almost none.

Their numbers are vanishingly rare.

And that is what the inherently coercive school system was designed to produce.

Passive people who believe that they DON'T seek truth and knowledge out of CHOICE, who just don't realize the system designed school to batter the desire to learn out of them, to ensure unquestioning compliance.

The inevitability of a coercive education is that skills, like information, are never acquired in a concrete, lasting fashion.

The "glue" that allows ANYTHING learned to be retained is is that it was freely chosen by the learner, so that which is learned at the behest of another has no "glue" and cannot "stick".

This is the point of compulsory schooling.

Think about it, If people were not forced into literacy then they might freely choose it.

In which case they would learn to read and remain able to read

And then they might learn what the ruling classes preferred they did not.

So the fastest method to create mass illiteracy is to FORCE literacy upon them, literacy that will fade posty coercion, leaving a person so put off from learning by the coercive education that they endured that they remain a member of the lifelong illiterate.

School is a conspiracy. An inoculation called coercive learning. To make sure that nobody is infected by the virus called "I want to know how to read, write and learn". As usual vaccinations are the enemy of the people and the tool of a government intent on harming the people it is supposed to serve.

The reality is that the illiteracy figures are misleading, they count only the innately rebellious, who refused to conform to synthetic testing, but they do not count the greater bulk, the huge numbers, damn near the majority, who REGRESS from proficiency to near illiteracy very rapidly once they are free from required learning.

Vast swathes of anecdotal evidence, and our own instinctual response to what is abundantly obvious to anybody who refuses to conform to the mind set of "worker ant" culture, recognize and prove that forced acquisition is not real, long term acquisition.

We see the same with studies in the animal kingdom.

Observations of the utterances of a parrot badgered into repeating "pretty Polly" demonstrated that when you cease to demanding the parrot repeat the phrase they fall silent....and remain silent.

Left to its own devises (in post coercion trauma), the parrot will not seek to mimic again in the future as a reaction to enforced learning.

Whereas wild parrots are widely observed to pick up a wide ranging vocabulary from other species, creating a sub form of communication between their own kind. A direct result and example of autonomous learning born from intrinsic motivation, which contrasts strongly with the experience of the parrot who "went to school".

The parrot study is unequivocal evidence that we should NOT force learning, including the acquisition of skills, on human beings. And the government KNOWS this !

If you are reading this, it is not because you learned to read at school.

You are reading this because you are one of the lucky few, as a free thinker your greater than average desire to learn was left more intact than the norm.

Sub consciously you retaught yourself the skill, on your own terms, after your forced skill acquisition gained in the classroom faded.

Most people don't even realize they are doing it, because sub consciously they do not wish to recognize the great harm done to them by the powers that be. These are you typical unschoolers, or "very relaxed" homeschoolers.

The very special few, who from the earliest age resisted the mind control of the power mongers, are self observant enough to be relatively aware of this phenomenon. On some level they consciously recognize the truth of how they lost and sought to re-acquire the potential to make sense of the squiggles on that page. These are the unschooling elite. The leaders who light the path for the more average unschooler, who still struggles with clarity of vision and comprehension of what harm coercive learning has done to them and those around them.

These precious few, non sheeple, self observant types who recognize, sub consciously at worst or consciously at best, the extent they had to relearn even the most basic skills, all over again post compulsory education, have the lucky children. Because these are the kids who IF they chose to learn to read will only have to learn once, rather than twice, the second time around shackled by the scars left by a coercive education.

And these are the children that will be the ones who form the cacophony demanding that the old order end.

Silenced no more by the gag forced into the mouths of babes as they are forced every younger into classrooms with the "smiling" teacher whose facial contortions lasts just as long as it takes to bang the door shut in the face of the bleating parents, themselves the product of the same tired old system of control, thus left impotent to see it for what it is.

So now you know why they fear us and seek to persecute us out of existence.

Because the future belongs to the unschoolers.

Because they who chose to be free, will not only be the emancipated, they will become the emancipators, by leading by example.

Did you really expect that to make you popular in a world full of those too afraid to step out of the relentless, uniform march dictated for them ? Did you really think they would allow you to challenge the status quo without repercussions ? Do you really think they won't seek to destroy us given that we are the greatest threat to their perfect plan of complete mind control ? We need to spread the message faster, wider, with greater emphasis while we still have time, before we are silenced FOREVER.

We have to underline the message until the masses see it. You can't force learning, school is forced learning, you went to school, you were forced to learn to read, and that is why you are illiterate today. WAKE UP and stop fighting those of us who wish to save us all, by making a stand against the powers that be who would leave us all imprisoned by IGNORANCE, cunningly disguised as providing an free education for all !

Tuesday Redos-day (Which I like better)

This post is  a little late due to our wonderful Science Photo Contest which we hope to have a winner for very soon...But here you go. Toda we go back to a time when River Raintree was still our hero, before she failed us all with a hospital transport.

Why I am UCing My Quads

I’ve always known I was meant to be a mom, so I was devastated when I learned that I had a condition that made it unlikely that I could ever conceive. Thanks to modern medicine and IVF, though, I’m now happily pregnant...with quadruplets. I’d never really thought much about the birth part of the equation beforehand, but now that I’ve educated myself (there is just SO much great information out there on the internet!) I realize that I owe it to myself and my babies to go au natural. I mean, now that they’re in there, I can totally trust my body to do exactly what it’s made to do!! Unfortunately, my MFMs were really unsupportive. They keep telling me that I have a greater “chance” of giving birth prematurely and that premature babies need special care and that I should schedule an c-section (extraction) to make sure they could be born safely, blah blah blah. So I fired them!! At first, I found this CPM who seemed really awesome and was SO excited about catching quads (she made me promise she could post pictures on her blog), but she keeps wanting to interfere with my NORMAL birth by taking my temperature and measuring my fundal height, and using a Doppler (who knows what THAT might do to them) to monitor their heartbeat, so I think I’m going to fire her, too.

I am so frustrated. Why? Because care providers are so worried about their licenses and following the law and making sure things are properly documented and done according to some arbitrary standard. Really? Women have been giving birth for thousands of years perfectly well before these nincompoops decided to create themselves a job and interfere. I am finally realizing that the only way I am going to have an empowering birth is to birth unassisted. Am I on some sort of mission to become a UC mom? No. Do I tell other moms to UC? No. It is the situation I am in and not being able to find the right support that is leading me to conclude that the only person I can depend on in this situation is myself.

My body wouldn’t have let the IVF make four babies (Gasp! The horror!) if it wasn’t ready to birth them. But the medical profession assumes that my body must be broken. I’m “high risk,” so I must need interventions. My babies and I must be monitored at all times to make sure my placenta isn’t covering my cervix or something. This is what obstetrics is…managing and interfering with NORMAL birth.

You might be thinking, “She should go with that midwife.” Someone that is ‘with woman’. Not even all midwives are supportive of multiple births at home because of their own fears. Luckily there are some great midwives who really do trust birth. There’s one big problem. Even the best of midwives who are licensed are subjected to following the laws. *eyeroll* Let me give you an example in my pregnancy RIGHT NOW.

The midwife I mentioned before and I talked about what would happen if I went into labor before 36 weeks, which is pretty likely with a higher order multiple pregnancy. Right now I am 34 weeks, and plenty of people are shocked that I’ve made it this far . We were really open with one another and she told me she wanted to monitor the babies and make sure they were OK, to which I said I understood. So, here I am at 34 weeks and she’s like, “OK mama, I need to listen to those babies’ heartbeat or you’re going to have to go UC.” She doesn’t want to pressure me, but what does it come down to? She has to cover her ass. I understand. I am not angry with her. But I cried. Why? This is interfering with my birth. I do not feel the need for monitoring. I just *know* that my babies and I are going to be perfectly fine in the end. Can that be respected at the same time as another woman (midwife) supporting me? No. Because of laws.
I did not cry for me though. I cried because of the awful spectical birth has become. It’s WAY bigger than me. Sure, it’s annoying that this happened and that I’m being FORCED to choose a UC, but I can handle me. It’s the big picture I have issues with. I cried for all the other women who can not get the support they need or deserve. I cried because of how many women are subjected to interventions because they might be carrying more than one or two babies in their womb. I cried because it’s JUST BIRTH and women should just be able to support each other in birthing without interventions, licensing, laws and the government telling midwives who they can and can not support and women where and how they can and can not birth. Think about it. How twisted is this?!

What can I do? What can we do? It will only change with WOMEN DECIDING TO CHANGE IT. We have to stop being frightened of birth, stop being frightened of something we have been perfectly designed to do. We have to stop being victims. You hired your midwife or your OB and you can fire them!! There are great OB’s and midwives out there and we need to seek them out. Stop making excuses and do whatever it takes to have an empowering birth! It’s YOUR body, YOUR birth, and YOUR baby. It won’t change until YOU do. And THAT is why I’m giving my babies the gift of UC.

River Raintree is a regular on NPRs "Mama Hour" and lives in Nevada with her husband and soon to be quads!

Homebirth is Safer Than Going to the Dentist--Monday Redo-sday

I’m going to level with you friends, and fellow NATURE nuts. We are getting to the point in our history where we might finally be able to take birth back into our own hands. Homebirths are on the rise as our sisters’ force the medical establishment--with their facts and logic--to pry their sticky and greedy hands off of our collective vaginas.
But there are those out there that doubt their own bodies and try to force that doubt on us. Many people refuse to bow to the beauty of homebirth and continue to insist that it’s a dangerous and archaic practice that forces women to be in hours of stressful pain. They could not be further from the truth.
We here at the Mama Tao know that the pain of childbirth is ours to endure because of the acts of evil committed by Eve in the Garden of Eden…and we believe that every woman deserves this experience for herself. Your child’s birth will be the single most important thing you do in your life. No other moment will live up to this and if you screw it up , you will regret it eternally.
To prove to you doubters once and for all that childbirth is safe, I’d like to go over some facts with you. Going to the dentist is more dangerous than homebirth! Yes, I said it and I can prove it.
What is the first thing a dentist puts in your teeth when you have a cavity? If you said amalgam, you’re correct. But what exactly IS amalgam? I’ll tell you.
Amalgam is MERCURY! That’s right. When you open up your mouth for that dentist, he fills your busted tooth hole with Satan’s own piss! According to Wikipedia Mercury is “the only metal that is liquid at standard conditions for temperature and pressure;”
That’s right friends! Mercury is LIQUID at room temperature—how unnatural is that? And how exactly does that relate to homebirth? Let me tell you.
The risk of infant death in homebirth is 2.7 for every 1000 babies born. That seems like a lot, but it’s not when you compare it to the damage done by a dentist. For every 1000 people who get amalgam fillings 1000 people get exposed to Mercury! That’s right folks—you are a bizillion times more likely to be exposed to mercury than you are to lose you baby during a home birth—and those my friends, are the facts.

Monday Redo-sday- Birthday and NATURAL Shampoo

Mama Tao has noticed that we have published almost 100 posts in just over a Month (Happy Birthday us! If we were a newborn we'd still be sleeping and poohing). To mix things upa  bit and to make sure that every post we print is not only full of information, but also is given it's time to shine. For those of you of you who are new, I give you Monday Redo-sday! Below is one of my favorite guest posts and one of our very first. Enjoy!!

Our guest blogger today is Miss Rhododendron Mistyton , a homebirth midwife and Childbirth educator...take it away Rhododendron!!

Many of my friends have wondered why it is that pregnancy gives you such gorgeous, shiny hair, only to have it all fall out after you give birth. It doesn't seem fair, right? Well, that's only because they don't trust nature and their bodies. But I do.

And that's why after my last slurp of placenta smoothie, I went straight to the shower and gave my hair a meconium rinse. You gave birth to this perfect little baby, and as a thank-you, your baby gives you this amazing gift. The meconium rinse is well-known to keep your hair shiny and keep it from falling out. If you have any left over, rub it into your fingernails for an extra special manicure. It'll keep them shiny too!

Thanks for sharing Rhododendron! It makes me want to have another baby so I can get my hands on some more of that wonderful NATURAL product!
